WHAT HAPPENS IF I REFUSE A PACKAGE OR THE DELIVERY IS FAILED?

If a package shipment is undeliverable for customer’s refusal, three unsuccessful delivery attempts, or wrong address, the charges that are associated with the original shipment and the returned shipment will be automatically billed to the customer. Customers may request to reship the package by paying additional shipping and handling cost, which is the amount you paid for the original order.

The returned package will be inspected by the RMA department. If there are signs that you opened the package during the inspection, it will be treated as if you accepted the delivery. A standard return policy will be applied to your return(s). Please check our return policy for details.

No refunds will be issued on abandoned shipments
