Return Policy
To qualify for a return, all merchandise must be in original condition, unused, and returned in the original packaging exactly as received. Our return department will inspect every item; any products that show signs of wear, damage, odor, or alteration will be sent back to the customer and not accepted. Wigs must be completely free of scents, styling, or brushing.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. All return packages must be postmarked within five (5) days of receiving the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
If your original order qualified for Free Shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
Please note:
If you return an item and attempt to reorder the same style and color, the new order will be automatically canceled.
Return Options

Exchange:
- If exchanging for a higher-priced item, the customer is responsible for the price difference.
- If exchanging for a lower-priced item, the remaining balance will be issued as store credit.
- Free shipping does not apply to exchange orders.

Refund:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method with no restocking fee.
- Items returned with damage, wear, or alterations may incur an additional fee.

Store Credit:
- Store credit is valid for one (1) year from the issue date.
- Free shipping does not apply to orders paid with store credit.

Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)
Items marked as "No Exchange, No Refunds" are FINAL SALE and cannot be returnedunder any circumstances. This policy is clearly stated in both your confirmation email and invoice.
How to Return Request (RMA)
Return requests must be submitted within fifteen (15) days of your delivery date. Once approved, you will receive an RMA number along with return instructions.
