WILL MY PACKAGE REQUIRE A SIGNATURE?
Delivery signatures may be required for certain packages. This option is determined when the package is ready to be shipped. Please make sure that someone is available to accept your package so a carrier can obtain a signature. A carrier will provide additional procedures available to obtain a signature. If delivery cannot be completed in these ways, or if no one is at the address a carrier may reattempt delivery.
We do not take customer’s requests to waive or process with a signature. Customers will be responsible for any fees incorporated during this process if the signature is required (Return to shipper; Address Change; and/or Re-Ship).
