Delivery scheduled date is not guaranteed for the delays due to insufficient information provided by customer, terrorism, riots, strikes, labor disputes, and natural disasters (e.g., violent storms, earthquake, floods) etc. Shipments scheduled for delivery on a holiday will be delivered the next business day. Observance of local holidays (e.g., Mardi Gras, St. Patrick’s Day) may cause delivery delays. Incorrect billing and/or shipping information may cause shipment delays, as information must be verified.

When the manufacturer is closed for certain holidays/events, scheduled delivery dates may be delayed; we do not know prior to the time of when they will be open again as it is the manufacturer’s discretion.

The order can be delayed if you leave a comment like 'no signature required', 'leave it on the doorstep/garage if no one is home', or 'leave it with our neighbor if no one's home' etc. Notes cannot be guaranteed as instructed by the carriers.
