1. Please follow easy instructions on the back of your invoice. You must request a RMA number to the Customer Service within 7 days from the delivery date.

2. Form must be filled completely. Please mark your RMA# on the outside of the Shipping Carton Box. (Do not pack your return items in an envelope)

3. Items must be in Original Conditions as received and sent to “Best Wig Outlet, 112 E. Orangethorpe Ave. Anaheim, CA 92801. The return shipment must be posted marked within 5 days from the RMA issued date).


  • - Returns will not be accepted unless pre-authorized by our return department.
  • - Request for RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number must be made via e-mail at or phone: (800)715-5003 within 7 days from the date you received the package.
  • - All shipping charges are non-refundable & customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
  • - The entire applied discount coupon amount (including Free Shipping) will be deducted when the item is returned for, Exchange, Refund or Store Credit.
  • - Items cannot be worn or tried on, must be odor free & in original packaging with all tags attached, otherwise the items will be sent back to you at your expense.
  • - Costumes, costume wigs, beards, moustaches, costume eyelashes, costume masks, hats, headwear, accessories, color rings, african american wigs, and all clearance (sale, close out) items, and QTY of 3 or more on same items per transaction are FINAL SALE. They are NOT RETURNABLE OR EXCHANGEABLE. Please be sure to review sizes and double check basket contents before ordering.
