Order Instructions.
1. Calculate your shipping cost, simply add the item(s) to your basket, click on "Buy It Now/Add to cart”.(Continue this step until all of the desired items are in the shopping cart)
2. Type in your postal code and select country, and click on calculate shipping. This will give you your shipping options for your location.
3. Select your shipping option and this should give you the total cost for the item and shipping. This amount does not include any duty fees that may be imposed on international customers.
4. Print & fill out "Sample Mail Order form" & "Shopping Basket” information.Make sure all billing & shipping infomration is filled out correctly.
5. Also, Include your form of payment by mail Money Order, Personal Check or Credit Card information.
